Email addresses
We collect your email address only when you sign up for our Call of the Wilder newsletter. You can unsubscribe yourself any time and remove your email address. We do not keep your email address after you have subscribed.
We do not use your email address for any other purpose than sending the newsletter. We do not provide your mail address to anyone else. Period.
If you have provided your first name correctly, then we will also have that. You are advised to use an alias if you do not want to provide your given firstname.
Cookies
Cookies are generally not used except for tracking user analytics. No personal information is included in the cookies used. However, our user analytics may inspect any cookies that your browser is carrying when you visit our site.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

MailChimp holds our newsletter email list. Google receives and collates our tracking an analytics data. Otherwise, we do not provide it to anyone else.

We hold your email addresses (and first name) as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter.
What rights you have over your data
You can unsubscribe your email address at any time. You can also request that we erase the email address and any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Google Analytics may acquire information about you through the Google Analytics monitoring, depending on what your browser provides for information such as cookies it already has when you come to our site. For utmost cybersecurity, it is recommended that you always use Private Mode on your browser or use a browser that is complete secure (such as Tor or Onion browser). Or flush your browser cache regularly.

We limit how much data we request from you. We also review how the service providers who we use treat your data. Then we steam your data lightly and seal it in plexiglas.

Although we have very little of your data, we do feel strongly about protecting your identity. In the event that a loss of data has occurred at, for example, MailChimp where your email address may be stored, we would attempt to notify you via your email address
